Cancer survivor nine times, hemp activist, and political prisoner of the federal government, Todd McCormick. I know Todd. I've seen his scars and seen him not able to move. I've met Todd's mother and heard her stories. Todd is a political prisoner in every sense of the word. The people of California voted after a long struggle to allow citizens to use medical marijuana. If Todd grew too much for his personal use, it would be agriculture and beyond the jurisdiction of Congress. He and many others should be pardoned and released by Governor Davis, immediately. States rights rule in agriculture says the U.S. Constitution.

For the past five years I have worn Marie's hemp vests, daily. Marie, like every other hemp entrepreneur in the U.S.A., must import hemp from other countries. The United States farmer and industry in general is being taken advantage of by what looks like an illegal prohibition of agriculture.
