The medical emergency is most damning in a free country like the U.S.A. is supposed to be. We have imposed a police state prohibition to protect us from a plant -Cannabis sativa L., when we have known this unchallenged truth for more than 10 years that Cannabis in its natural state is "...one of the safest therapeutically active substances known to man." (Francis L. Young, Administrative Law Judge for the Drug Enforcement Administration, Docket #86-22, Sept. 6, 1988) .

The amount of suffering, pain, blindness, and so on, brought about by the LACK of this natural medicine is insane. California and Arizona have paved the way for medical use with overwhelming votes at the polls, only to be ignored and rebuffed by the federal government and courts that refuse to put their insane laws and policies to the constitutional test of Due Process.
